It starts with a free discovery call to understand your situation. From there we define scope — usually a strategy sprint (2–4 weeks), an ongoing advisory retainer, or a mentorship track (8–12 weeks). You'll always know exactly what you're getting and when.
Yes. Everything runs remotely over video calls and shared documents, so location isn't a barrier. I've worked with clients across different markets and time zones — we just find a schedule that works.
Consulting is me building the strategy and working alongside your business to execute it. Mentorship is me teaching you how to think — you do the work, I guide, challenge and give honest feedback. Many people start with one and move into the other.
Pricing depends on scope and duration, and I keep it transparent — you'll get a clear number before committing to anything. The discovery call is always free, so we can work out whether it's a good fit before money enters the conversation.
